By accessing and using Deplexify's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Deplexify provides an AI-powered cloud deployment platform that analyzes code, generates infrastructure configurations, and deploys applications to cloud providers including AWS and Google Cloud Platform.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Keep your password and credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Deploy malicious code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Cloud Provider Accounts

You must provide valid credentials for AWS, GCP, or other supported cloud providers. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining your cloud provider accounts
  • All charges from your cloud providers
  • Compliance with cloud provider terms of service
  • Security and access control of your cloud resources

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

Deplexify charges fees for use of the platform. Current pricing is available on our pricing page or by contacting sales.

5.2 Cloud Infrastructure Costs

You are separately responsible for all costs charged by your cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.). Deplexify provides cost estimates but is not responsible for actual cloud provider charges.

5.3 Payment Terms

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually
  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your code, applications, and data. You grant us a limited license to access and process your content to provide our services.

6.2 Our Platform

Deplexify and our platform, including all software, designs, and content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.

6.3 Generated Code

Infrastructure code generated by our platform (Terraform, scripts, configs) is owned by you. You may use, modify, and distribute this code as needed.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Make updates and improvements
  • Experience occasional downtime

We are not liable for any service interruptions or downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPLEXIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Cloud provider charges or service issues
  • Deployment failures or application downtime
  • Security breaches at cloud provider level

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for non-payment.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you lose access to the service. Your deployed infrastructure remains in your cloud accounts. We may delete your data after 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
